  • What is a Giclée Print?
    A Giclée (gee-clay) print is a digitally printed fine art print, that is produced by using the highest quality pigment based inks. Pigment based inks have a much longer lifespan and can last up to 125 years without fading. They can only be printed on professional printers. Daijo's prints are produced on the best museum-grade, archival, Hahnemühle paper, meaning thay they come with a lifetime Guarentee, if cared for correctly.
  • What is archival paper?
    Archival paper is an acid-free paper, used for reproductions of fine art, historical papers and documents etc. It is an especially durable, permanent, museum-grade paper, used for the production of high-value items. Archival papers are cotton-rag, made using cotton pulp, rather than the traditional wood-based pulp.
  • Lifetime guarantee
    Daijo's prints are made with pigment inks and Hahnemühle digital FineArt papers. These luxury art papers are tested for longevity using recognized standardized processes and can last up to 125 years, even in direct sunlight.
  • Open vs Limited Edition - What's the difference?
    Open Edition: A print that can be reproduced and infinite number of times, in any variation. They are a great option if you are looking for a more affordable piece of art. That being said, this is not reflected in the quality. ALL of Daijo's prints are printed using the highest quality materials and printing techniques. Limited Edition: Only a limited number of prints will ever be produced. Limited edition prints are collectable pieces of fine art, printed onto the highest quality fine art papers and accompanied with a hand-signed certificate of authenticity. Limited edition details will be specified in the product description.
  • Do prints come with a Certificate of Authenticity?
    Only Daijo's Limited Edition prints are accompanied with a certificate of authenticity, hand signed by the artist.
  • What is the size of each limited edition?
    Each 'edition' or 'run' is dependant on the print. Please check the listing of the print that you are interested in for the edition details.
  • Can I commission my own painting?
    Yes, Daijo welcomes bespoke artworks. Please get in touch to discuss your options. daijovinternational@gmail.com
  • Where can I see your work 'in the flesh?'

  • How long will my order take?
    Our dedicated, Cornish based, print team aim to have your order delivered to you within 7 working days. In most cases we can ship within 1-2 days (not including weekends). If you have a shipping query please let us know and we will do our best to accomodate your needs.
  • How will you send my order?
    UK Standard (Royal Mail Second Class - £7 Royal Mail Special Delivery (Tracked & Signed-for) - £13 ​ International Royal Mail Tracked & Signed For - £50 ​ Any losses when standard delivery is selected are at your own risk
  • Do you accept returns?
    We gladly accept returns so that you can can purchase with confidence. Please return items within 14 days of receipt, in the original packaging and condition. You will not be refunded for the original or return postage. This does not apply to bespoke orders which are non-refundable, unless faulty. Daijo V International does not accept responsibility for any returns that become lost in transit. A tracked service is recommended. ​ To return please contact us to obtain a return address. Please package with your name, address, order number, email and reason for return, in the original packaging and send to the address provided. Please note that items which are returned to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted. ​ Should you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect please contact us to arrange a replacement (if applicable) and/or return as detailed above. You will be refunded the price of the faulty item in full including any postage charges. In the case of a replacement, you will not be refunded.
